Gemma Brown one of the nurses working in Prince Phillip Hospital, had the idea of starting a choir to celebrate 70th Anniversary of the NHS and to provide a performance for patients, staff and visitors. It was a huge success and due to popular demand from staff, the choir was re-established under new Musical Directors, Andrew and Stacey Harries and membership widened to include not just health workers but Social Care and Emergency Care Workers. Now they have over 40 members!
We hope you enjoy the recordings below showcasing the amazing choir.
