Thrive is an exciting project which is intended to help facilitate individuals back into the workplace with lots of support and on-going training available. It will be a volunteer based placement initially in a relevant setting leading into potential paid employment.

What we offer:

  • Placements at our CYCA settings in childcare, retail, business or catering.
  • 16 weeks of training and 1-1 coaching
  • Identifying employment opportunities and support for further training
  • Provide an enhance DBS and IT skills to complete job applications
