Yoga

In yoga philosophy, the body is cared for and revered. Teenagers often feel uneasy with the rapid changes that their bodies are undergoing. Using yoga, balance, strength and harmony are enhanced, students feel relaxed, energised and peaceful after their yoga session.

Students learn the valuable principles of yoga in creative classes designed for teens. Students will safely build body strength, and improve body awareness and coordination. Yoga for young people helps build confidence, boost mental concentration and reduce stress.

Students are given the space to relax, release any worries they may be holding, explore and expand their imagination, creativity & self expression. Yoga for young people promotes a sense of calm and emotional wellness, resulting in a sense of peace and positive outlook.

With yoga classes timetabled to fit into their school day, students are able to access a deep sense of calm and energy and help reduce any negative effects of stress on their learning.
