Relax Kids, for children aged 4-13yrs, offers a unique system of children's relaxation and personal development that has been used by thousands of parents, teachers, play workers and therapists.  It offers structured, themed sessions to help take children from high energy through to low energy using movement, games, fun, relaxation, stretching, breathing, massage, affirmations, visualizations.

Relax Kids classes start with dance & movement to get rid of all their excess energy, then they do some massage where the children get to touch each other in a positive way, some imaginitive parachute games, some breathing exercises to relax the body, then some affirmations for their self-esteem, and end with some visualisations.

Relax Kids can be used in school Breakfast Clubs; Circle Time/PSHE; Assembly Chill-Out Clubs/Nurture Groups; Exam Preparation; Before Going Home. Relax Kids can also be used outside school either before or after; at bedtime; set up a chill out corner; weekly family chill night or during travelling.
