Fit 4 Fun is our exciting healthy living project which is funded by the BIG Lottery's Way of Life Programme. Together with their mascot, Fabian the Fruit Cocktail and professional activity providers, the Fit 4 Fun team raise the awareness of the importance of healthy eating to children and their families across Carmarthenshire and encourages them to take part in a host of fun physical activities. 

The project runs until the end of 2011, and in that time there's plenty of FREE fun for you to get involved in across the county, including family cooking clubs, a variety of funky dance workshops, skateboarding sessions and whole load of sporty fun.
