A lunchtime club designed specifically to help secondary school pupils cope with exam stress or indeed any other stresses that they may be experiencing.  This club is based on relaxation techniques of breathing and guided visualisations.  It is based on a successful 5 week pilot run at Bryngwyn Comprehensive. The main benefits were an improved depth of sleep; increased concentration levels; increased confidence; increase in ability to focus; increased motivation & self-esteem; increase in their ability to relax and a reduction in stress & anxiety levels.
