Foyle
We are extremely lucky to have sourced funding from The Foyle Foundation to help year 6 pupils with any homework, ICT and emotional learning.
A small group are working on a digital media project which involves creating a short film. Others are receiving help with their homework.
The other part of Foyle is to provide business links. We have already identified a company to come in to work with the children to create their own websites and these will be linked in to the CYCA website. We would like to thank Wave Riders who have already visited and shown the children how to use digital cameras.
We aim to promote CYCA and raise it's profile via these business links, so if you do have any contact names or ideas for me, please contact the Centre. We are looking for companies who may be able to offer donations, gifts, time, skills to add to the projects already in place.
